Position: Sanitation Worker

Description:

The Town of Andrews is currently seeking a qualified applicant to fill the full-time position of Sanitation Worker. This position will perform duties in the collection of garbage and recyclables. Position may also assist other Public Works crews performing work such as mowing, weed-eating, edging, leaf and yard debris removal, asphalt work, streets and roads assistance, etc.

Interested applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Must possess a valid N.C. driver’s license
• Must possess a social security card

Starting Pay: $15.00/hour, with excellent benefits package including 401(k), Local Governmental Employees Retirement System membership, paid medical and dental insurance, paid holidays, vacation and sick leave.
